The 2024 Diocesan Convention will feature services, talks from Bishop Phyllis Spiegel, a keynote presentation by Bishop Robert Wright of Atlanta, Georgia, and several engaging classes on important topics. Information and a schedule will be released in coming weeks.

A Pre-Convention meeting took place via Zoom on March 16, 2024, from 10:00 to noon, focusing on resolutions, electronic voting instructions, candidate introductions, and other vital information.

Call to Convention

The Rt. Rev. Phyllis Spiegel has issued a call for a Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Utah at St. James Episcopal Church in Midvale, Utah from April 19-20, 2024, and a Pre-Convention meeting via Zoom on March 16, 2024, from 10:00 to noon.

This call is made in accordance with the Canons of the Episcopal Diocese of Utah.

The Pre-Convention will focus on explaining resolutions, providing electronic voting instructions, introducing candidates, and sharing other important information. Additionally, Zoom elections for Regional Representatives for the Salt Lake and Eastern/Southeastern regions will take place just before the Pre-Convention.
